Shenandoah Valley BA Builder and Associate Member

Membership to the Shenandoah Valley Builders Association includes membership to the Home Builders Association of Virginia and the National Association of Home Builders. Together, these three associations make up the housing federation that works to protect and promote housing and home ownership on the local, at the state, and national levels. The cost of membership is $485 per year.

Shenandoah Valley BA Affiliate Membership

Affiliate members are individual employees of companies that are either a builder of associate member of SVBA, HBAV, and NAHB. Individuals that wish to be recognized as a member of the association, must join as an affiliate and receive all the membership benefits and savings. The cost of an affiliate membership is $110 per year.
