Join HBAV's new Associate Vice President of Government Affairs, Evan Branosky, for an Environmental Issues Briefing and Town Hall on Friday, March 12th from 12PM to 1PM. Mr. Branosky will provide an overview of environmental regulatory issues facing Virginia’s housing industry, including Virginia Dept. of Wildlife Resources proposed incidental take regulations, pending updates to the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area Designation and Management Regulations, issues before the State Water Quality Control Board, and more. Following the update, HBAV will open the floor to attendees for a discussion about emerging statewide and regional environmental issues.
