2026 Virginia Residential Landlord & Tenant Act Update

Please join us on Tuesday, August 25th from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm for an continuing education webinar featuring Erin Kormann of Virginia Realtors.

This course will provide information on the property management laws passed by the 2026 General Assembly and how the new laws will impact your business. The focus will be on changes to the Virginia Residential Landlord Tenant Act and any other laws that could affect the property management business.

Participants will receive 2 hours of CE credit.
